About / Bio
Anthea Ibell completed her PADI Open Water Instructor Diploma at Dive Otago, Dunedin in 2008. Since then she has been instructing part time while studying toward a Bachelor of Science in Zoology at the University of Otago, with a Minor in Archaeology. She has a passion for marine science and is interested in species distribution, physiology and behaviour, population studies and has a strong focus on conservation. She has travelled extensively around North and South America and aims to contribute to conservation work around the world and increase public awareness about threats facing the oceans today.
